Digital Radiographs
Digital Radiographs are an improvement over regular x-rays. Instead of using chemicals to develop the image, a computer generates the image, and it is displayed on a monitor. Much less radiation is required, the images are produced quickly, and can be adjusted for contrast.
Intraoral Camera
A small camera captures magnified images inside your mouth, of your teeth or soft tissues. It aids in diagnosis and treatment, and is a great tool for communication.
Rotary Endodontics / Root Canal Therapy
Root Canals can be uncomfortable, but utilizing specialized electronic instruments instead of manual tools allows for greater efficiency, comfort, and reduced treatment time for the cleaning process of root canal therapy. Better cleaning of canals also increases the longevity and success rates.
Panorex Radiograph
This full jaw x-ray allows the viewing of all of the structures of the entire jaw. It is used to assess tooth eruption in young children, impacted teeth, periodontal bone loss, abscesses, and cysts or tumours.
